Abstract
"APARELHO E PROCESSO PARA O MONITORAMENTO DE UMA CAIXA DE ENGRENAGEM, E, SISTEMA DE DIRECIONAMENTO AUXILIADO POR ENERGIA ELéTRICA". Um aparelho de monitoramento de caixa de engrenagem é descrito para uso em combinação com uma caixa de engrenagem (4) que fornece uma conexão entre um eixo de entrada (3) acionado por um motor (1) e um eixo de saída (2), o dito aparelho de monitoramento de caixa de engrenafem compreendendo um primeiro dispositivo de sensor de posição (11) e um segundo dispositivo de sensor de posição (12), os ditos primeiro e segundo dispositivos de sensor de posição gerando um primeiro e um segundo sinal de saída respectivos, o dito primeiro sinal de saída representando a posição angular do eixo de entrada e o dito segundo sinal de saída representando a posição angular do eixo de saída, um dispositivo de geração de sinal de torque (6) que gera um terceiro sinal de saída representando o torque transportado pela caixa de engrenagem (4), e o dispositivo de processamento de sianl (15) adaptado de forma a receber os ditos sinais de saída e a processar os ditos sinais para produzir um ou mais sinais de saída modificados que representam o desgaste na caixa de engranagem.
