Abstract

Patente de Invenção:<B>"LAVADOR DE MASSA PARA LAVAR, ESPESSAR E CLASSIFICAR SóLIDOS"<D>. O aparelho é um lavador, espessador e classificador para recuperar sólidos a partir de líquidos, que inclui uma peneira truncadacónica com paredes tipicamente a sessenta graus com a horizontal e formadas de meios de filtro. Conjuntos de borrifadores de massa giram em torno de um eixo longitudinal da referida peneira cónica e dirigem massa, particularmente massa de papel sem tinta, sobre as paredes da peneira cónica. Conjuntos de borrifadores de fluido de lavagem, inclusive bocais de chuveiro de alto impacto, dirigem fluido de lavagem sobre a massa sobre as paredes da peneira cónica. O fluido de lavagem limpa a massa, com os sólidos e contaminates indesejáveis passando através da peneira cónica para os tubos de descarga. O fluido de lavagem similarmente lava a massa limpa através da saída formada na parte truncada formada no ápice da peneira cónica, para processamento subseq³ente.
