Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"COMPOSIçõES SELANTES EXPANSìVEIS APERFEIçOADAS E AGENTES DE SOPRO"<D>. A presente invenção descreve uma alternativa de agente espumante para espumas de um componente de sopro ou espumação usando gases que são incapazes de ser liq³efeitos dentro do limite de latas em aerossóis do tipo DOT, aqui chamados de gases não-liquidificáveis. Nesta invenção, está demonstrado que gases não-liquidificáveis tais como CO~ 2~ e N~ 2~O podem ser usados para proporcionar espumas usando matérias-primas da química de espuma de um componente convencionais. A presente invenção fornece um adesivo/selante, expandido por um gás não-liquidificável propelido de um recipiente inicialmente e expandido por um agente de sopro que consiste principalmente ou exclusivamente de um gás não-liquidificável e formulado a partir de um prepolimero de poliuretano curável por umidade usando um isocianato de baixo peso molecular de duas ou mais funcionalidades. Em uma ou mais variações, as composições da presente invenção contêm intensificadores de solubilidades para gases não-liquidificáveis, tal como CO~ 2~ ou propelentes suplementares/agentes de sopro liquidificáveis, bem como outros aditivos tais como, por exemplo, catalisadores, retardadores de chamas e tensoativos que incluem, porém sem limitação, abridores de células.
