Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>''DISPOSITIVO DE VEDAçãO''<D>. A invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de vedação (16) para conjuntos de mancal, compreendendo um primeiro mancal (3) com uma primeira calha interna (5) e um segundo mancal (4) com uma segunda calha interna (8), cujas calhas internas (5,8) são dispostas próximas uma à outra em um eixo (1), de modo que um vão (12) é formado entre as calhas internas (5, 8), por onde é suprido óleo entre tal eixo (1) e as superfícies das calhas internas (5,8) voltadas para o eixo (1). A invenção é caracterizada pelo fato de que o dispositivo de vedação compreende um membro substancialmente anular (17) para montagem nas calhas internas (5, 8) e compreende um membro de posicionamento (18) para posicionar o dispositivo de vedação (16) em uma direção axial em relação às calhas internas (5, 8), assim como membros de vedação (21, 22) para a vedação (21, 22) para a vedação contra cada calha interna respectiva (5, 8). Como um resultado da invenção, é obtido um dispositivo de vedação aperfeiçoado nos mancais lubrificados com graxa, particularmente para eixos de roda de veículos motores.
