Abstract

"COBERTURA PARA EVITAR CORROSãO". A presente invenção refere-se a um revestimento para evitar corrosão em fabricas ou no campo que tem pelo menos duas camadas orgânicas distintas direta ou indiretamente unidas. Uma primeira das ditas camadas tem uma permeabilidade a vapor d'água de 0,005 a 10g.mm/m/24 h a 23‹C, UR 100%. Uma segunda das primeiras camadas tem uma permeabilidade a oxigenação de 0,01 a 10cm.mm/m/24h.atm, a 23‹C, UR 50%, e/ou uma permeabilidade a dióxido de carbono de 0,01 a 30cm.mm/m/24h.atm a 23‹C, UR 50%. Em agregado, o revestimento tem uma taxa de transmissão de vapor d'água de 0,05 a 0,6/m/24h a 23‹C, uma taxa de transmissão de oxigênio de 0,01 a 10 cm/m/24h.atm a 23‹C ou taxa de transmissão de dióxido de carbono de 0,01 a 20 cm/m/24h.atm a 23‹C. Esses revestimentos podem servir para retardar bastante a corrosão e no caso do material de barreira de dióxido de carbono reduz significativamente a quebra por corrosão de tensão.
