Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA A TROCA DO DISCO DE FREIO DE UM FREIO A DISCO BEM COMO CORRESPONDENTE FREIO A DISCO"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um processo para a troca do disco de freio (4) de um freio a disco, bem como de um correspondente disco de freio (4) que consiste de um anel de fricção (4b) e de um cubo de disco de freio (4a), através dos quais o disco de freio (4) é fixado em um cubo de roda (3) montado de forma girável sobre um flanco de eixo (2) o qual, por seu lado, apresenta um flange de roda (3c) para a fixação separável de uma roda. Para a realização da troca de disco de freio, em primeiro lugar o cubo de roda (3) é extraído do flanco de eixo (2) mediante separação do cubo de disco de freio (4a) do disco de freio (4) firmemente retido em sua posição. Depois disto, as pastilhas de freio (7) são retiradas do poço do suporte de sela de freio (6). A seguir, o posicionamento do disco de freio (4) é cancelado, o disco de freio (4) é abaixado na direção do flanco de eixo (2) e a metade do disco de freio (4), contraposta ao suporte de sela de freio (6), é girada na direção da extremidade livre do flanco de eixo (2) e, finalmente, o disco de freio (4) é retirado do suporte de sela de freio (6) e removido sobre o flanco de eixo (2).
