Abstract

"DNA RECOMBINANTE REPLICáVEL AUTONOMAMENTE EM CéLULAS DE BACTéRIAS CORINEFORMES, BACTéRIA CORINEFORME, E, PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR L-LISINA". Um DNA recombinante replicável autonomamente em células de bactéria corineforme, compreendendo uma sequência de DNA codificando para uma aspartoquinase em que a inibição da retro-alimentação por L-lisina e L-treonina é substancialmente dessensibilizada, e uma sequência de DNA codificando para uma descarboxilase diaminopimelato, uma bactéria corineforme abrigando uma aspartoquinase em que a inibição de retro-alimentação por L-lisina e L-treonina é substancialmente dessensibilizada, e compreendendo uma sequência de DNA melhorada codificando para uma descarboxilase diaminopimelato, e um processo para produzir L-lisina compreendendo as etapas de cultivar a bactéria corineforme em um meio apropriado para permitir que a L-lisina seja produzida e acumulada em uma cultura da bactéria, e coletar a L-lisina da cultura.
