A invenção refere-se a um processo para esmerilhar a borda de uma camada intermediária reunindo dois substratos entre si. De acordo com a invenção, pelo menos parte da borda é tratada por abrasão. A invenção refere-se também a um conjunto de envidraçamento relacionado com a implementação do processo.
