Abstract
"ANTENA HELICOIDAL COM MúLTIPLOS SEGMENTOS ACOPLADOS". Trata-se de uma antena helicoidal com múltiplos segmentos, tendo um comprimento que é mais curto do que se obteria com uma antena convencional, com meio comprimento de onda. A antena helicoidal com múltiplos segmentos acoplada, inclui uma parte do irradiador (800) tendo uma pluralidade de irradiadores enrolados helicoidalmente (804), que se estendem partir de uma extremidade (832) da parte do irradiador até a outra extremidade (834) da parte do irradiador (800). Cada irradiador (804) é constituido de um conjunto de dois ou mais segmentos (708, 710). Um primeiro segmento (708) se estende em um modo helicoidal a partir da primeira extremidade (832) da parte do irradiador (800) em direção à segunda extremidade (834) da parte do irradiador. O segundo segmento (710 se estende em um modo helicoidal a partir da segunda extremidade (834) da parte do irradiador (800) em direção à primeira extemidade (832) da parte do irradiador, em que uma parte do dito primeiro segmento de irradiador (708) fica em estrita proximidade com uma parte do dito segundo segmento do irradiador (710) de forma tal quer os ditos primeiro e segundo segmentos de irradiador (708. 710) são acoplados eletromagneticamente um com o outro.
