A presente patente de invenção refere-se a um processo de obtenção de uma embalagem flexível estável e refechável, e produto obtido, produzida a partir de material filme flexível, consistindo de uma única lâmina flexível, cujas extremidade são seladas juntas com seus opostos, formando um corpo contínuo e sustancial, sendo que, suas extremidades longitudinais são definidas como uma parede anterior (1), uma parede posterior (2) e duas paredes laterais (3 e 4), as quais demarcarm o interior da embalagem, a qual é dotada de meios simples (3.1, 5, 7.1, 7.2) e (6.1, 8, 9) para saída do conteúdo embalado, bem como de meios (10, 10.3, 10.2, 11, 11.1) que permitem o refechamento da embalagem após ter sido aberta.
