Abstract
''SISTEMA DE COLETA DE MATERIAIS E USOS DO MESMO''. A presente invenção refere-se à instrumentação e aos seus usos na coleta de cortes a partir das ferramentas de corte. Os cortes podem ser de metal precioso, substâncias tóxicas ou perigosas, ou de tecidos vivos, tais como os ósseos. Em uma modalidade particular de coleta de cortes ósseos, a presente invenção inclui a instrumentação utilizada com uma broca de modo que os cortes ósseos (195) são coletados assepticamente em uma câmara de coleta (110) para propósitos subsequentes de transplante. Quando em uso, cortes de medula e osso (195) são puxados nas caneluras (170) de uma broca (150), transportado até o orifício da ponta do instrumento (100) e a coleta na câmara de coleta (110). MATERIALS COLLECTION SYSTEM AND USES OF THE SAME ''. The present invention relates to instrumentation and its uses in collecting cuts from the cutting tools. The cuts may be of precious metal, toxic or dangerous substances, or of living tissue, such as bone. In a particular mode of collecting bone cuts, the present invention includes instrumentation used with a drill so that bone cuts (195) are collected aseptically in a collection chamber (110) for subsequent transplantation purposes. When in use, marrow and bone cuts (195) are pulled into the flutes (170) of a drill (150), transported to the hole in the tip of the instrument (100) and collected in the collection chamber (110). The flutes of the drill bit (150) can be cleaned by removing the residual tissue through the use of a rotating cleaner and flute (160) that rotates with the drill bit (150) when drilling or when the drill bit (150) is removed from the instrument. In this modality, the use of the device allows the collection of vital bone tissue for reconstruction of bone injuries, fractures or the fixation of orthopedic or dental implants that come into contact with bone.
