Abstract
"COMPOSIçãO CORANTE PARA PRODUTOS DE TINTA, E, USO DA MESMA". A invenção refere-se a corantes (pastas corantes) usados para a tintagem de produtos de tinta. Os corantes contém: 2-75%, em peso de um componente de pigmento (A) compreendendo um ou mais pigmentos orgânicos e/ou inorgânicos e possivelmente pigmentos extensores, 10-60-%, em peso de um componente diluente (B) compreendendo um ou mais solventes orgânicos, outros que álcoois alifáticos ou hidrocarbonetos aromáticos, em que de 20-100% do peso total do diluente consiste de um éster biodegradável de ácido láctico e de um álcool, preferivelmente lactato de etila ou de ispropila, 10-50%, em peso de um componente ligante (C) (calculado como 100% de matéria não-volátil) compreendendo um ou mais ligante solúveis no diluente (B), em que de 70-100% do peso total do ligante consiste de uma resina de cetona aldeído, de cetona e/ou de aldeído solúvel em hidrocarbonetos alifáticos e de 0-30% do peso total do ligante consiste de outros ligantes comumente usados em corantes, por exemplo, de resina acrílica, alquídea ou de poliéster, e 0-5%, em peso de um componente aditivo (D) (calculado como 100% de matéria ativa) compreendendp um ou mais aditivos adequados para uso em corantes. Os ligantes ou aditivos podem ser fornecidos em modo não-diluído (isento de solvente ) ou eles podem contar como diluete orgânico, solventes, que no corante são considerados como uma parte do componente diluente (B). A presente invenção refere-se não apenas aos corantes acima mencionadas, mas também a seu uso como uma parte do sistema de tintagem de produtos de tinta como origem em solvente.
