Abstract
Trata-se de um coador substancialmente isento de obstrução (2, 40, 80), que é descrito para posicionamento em um corpo de água contaminada, sendo que o coador é proporcionado com uma entrada para um separador de óleo/água, cujo separador não faz parte da presente invenção. O coador (2, 40, 80) é designado para impedir o ingresso de refugos de grande tamanho ou orientar substancialmente o refugo relativamente menor, tal como folhas e coisas do gênero, de maneira que o sistema de filtragem (61) do coador (2, 40, 80) não fique entupido durante o funcionamento do coador. A entrada do coador tem paredes curvas que orientam o refugo relativamente menor em uma orientação que apresenta o efeito de não entupir o filtro quando o refugo é recolhido no filtro. A orientação correta do refugo é ativada tendo paredes substancialmente curvadas associadas com o meio de entrada ou portas de entrada. O coador pode ter uma variedade de formas e ser preso de forma fixa em, ou na base do corpo de água, ou pode ficar livre para flutuar e ser autoregulável, munindo-o com tanques de flutuabilidade ajustáveis. Se o coador for designado para ser localizado fixadamente em ou em direção à base do corpo de água, ele é proporcionado com uma membrana flexível para permitir que a parte de topo do coador se autoregule. A vantagem do coador é que ele é substancialmente isento de obstrução.
