Abstract

<B>SISTEMA DE IGNIçãO<D>. Um sistema de ignição eletrónica modular para uso em motores de combustão interna é obtido com o uso de dispositivos sensores de efeito de engate Hall (HA1-HA4). Dois magnetos permanentes (N,S) são afixados a um componente não-ferroso (MA) montado sobre o eixo de came o qual se estende através de uma vedação na tampa de tempo (TC). Um módulo sensor incluindo os dispositivos de efeito Hall (HA1-HA4) é disposto anularmente ou angularmente ao redor do magneto contendo o componente (MA), captando o campo magnético quando os magnetos contactam os dispositivos de efeito Hall. O intervalo de tempo é controlado conforme a distância angular que separa os magnetos (N, S). A saída dos dispositivos de efeito Hall (HA1-HA4) aciona os circuitos integrados de aplicação específica (CD1), o que proporciona acionamento de baixo nível das primárias bobinas. O projeto modular permite redução do número de peças, uma disposição de proteção EMI simplificada e fácil remoção e substituição de componentes do sistema.
