Patente de Invenção para <B>"DISPOSITIVO ANTIFURTO, NOTADAMENTE PARA GARRAFA".<D>A presente invenção se refere a um dispositivo antigurto para artigo apresentando uma extremidade sensivelmente cilíndrica munida de um gargalo (5) sensivelmente anular, porexemplo uma garrafa ou frasco, constituído por um corpo amovível comportando os meios aptos a encerrar, em posição fechada, a dita extemidade cilíndrica, e um meio de travamento para impedir a abertura dos ditos meios sem recorrer a um instrumento específico, caracterizado por o corpo ser formado por um elemento sensivelmente tubular apresentando um diâmetro superior ao diâmetro do gargalo (5) anular, munido de um órgão móvel em relação ao elemento tubular entre uma posição de fechamento na qual ele delimita uma seção inferior à seção do gargalo (5) anular, e uma posição de destravamento no qual ele delimita uma seção superior à seção do gargalo (5) anular.
