Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA CONTROLAR PESTES DO GRUPO DE INSETOS, áCAROS, E NEMATóDEOS, TOXINA PARA INSETO SUBSTANCIALMENTE PURA, MICRóBIO RECOMBINANTE, E, COMPOSIçàO PARA CONTROLE DE INSETO". Um processo que acelera a velocidade de mortandade de pestes tais como as da ordem Lepidoptera. O processo consiste em tratar as pestes ou seus locais com pelo menos duas diferentes toxinas para inseto que são expressadas a partir de pelo menos um micróbio recombinante. Foi verificado que pares de toxinas que não competem entre si no mesmo sítio de ligação e os que diferem em sua farmacologia proporcionam controle sinérgico. Micróbios inseticidas preferidos são baculovírus."PROCESS TO CONTROL PEST IN THE GROUP OF INSECTS, MITES, AND NEMATODES, SUBSTANTIALLY PURE INSECT TOXIN, RECOMBINANT MICROBE, AND, INSECT CONTROL COMPOSITION". A process that accelerates the rate of death from pests such as those of the order Lepidoptera. The process consists of treating pests or their sites with at least two different insect toxins that are expressed from at least one recombinant microbe. It was found that pairs of toxins that do not compete with each other at the same binding site and those that differ in their pharmacology provide synergistic control. Preferred insecticidal microbes are baculoviruses.
