Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"MéTODO DE TRATAMENTO DE INCOMBUSTIBILIDADE DE MADEIRA E OUTRO DE FABRICAçãO DE PLACAS COMPENSADAS QUE O UTILIZA"<D>. Em relação ao método de tratamento de incombustibilidade da madeira que possibilita atingir a incombustibilidade determinada por órgãos oficiais, a presente invenção propõe-se a oferecer um método de tratamento de incombustível da madeira e outro de fabricação de compensados com a utilização do mesmo descrito a seguir, mediante os quais os objetivos, pretendidos são alcaçados de maneira extremamente simples e económica. Adicionam-se substâncias ignífugas a uma solução aquosa que contém éter e água, obtendo-se uma solução líquida na qual a concentração dessas substâncias ignífugas é de cerca de 30% e 50%, isto feito, exerce-se o controle da temperatura da solução líquida, de forma que não seja inferior a 60°C, ejetando-a diretamente sobre a madeira posta sob as condições usuais, mediante o que se efetuará tratamento de permeação pelo qual a madeira, na fase seca, deverá atingir ganho de peso entre 20% a 30% em comparação com o seu peso anterior ao tratamento. Terminado o processo de permeação, a madeira será convenientemente submetida a processo de secagem, atingindo a incombustilidade pretendida.
