Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE SUBST‰NCIAS CELULóSICAS DE VISCOSE"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de substância celulósica de viscose de lignoceluloses como madeiras de matos folhados, árvores coníferas ou plantas de um ano, em cujo processo a lignocelulose é tratada em um fervedouro inicialmente com vapor saturado para a pré-hidrólise de hemiceluloses e em seguida sem distensão com lixívia preta (HSL) de um cozimento de substância celulósica de sulfato precedente, bem como eventualmente sob adição de lixívia branca fresca (WL) para a neutralização dos produtos de reação ácidos originados, pelo que no fervedouro se origina lixívia de neutralização (NL). Após a adição da quantidade de álcali necessária na forma de lixívia branca fresca (WL), eventualmente ligada com um deslocamento da lixívia de neutralização (NL) e ajuste de temperatura, efetua-se o cozimento logo a seguir com ou sem gradiente de temperatura. Ao alcançar o grau de desintegração desejado, o cozimento é terminado pelo deslocamento da lixívia preta quente (HSL), simultaneamente a substância celulósica é liberta de produtos de degradação da lignina ainda aderentes e a substância celulósica assim obtida é evacuada em uma temperatura inferior a 100‹C do fervedouro.
