Onde uma folha de papelão (1) é cortada em dimensões de 1,20cm, para que possa passar pela boca da máquina off-set e receber litografia e impressões informativas e publicitárias, além de receber lâminas adicionais (14) de fechamento, encaixadas nos extremos da folha (1) ao ser dobrada já em forma de estojo, ditas lâminas encaixadas a recortes (13) dos extremos da folha (1), graças a suas abas (35) e (27), travadas pelas respectivas orelhas (37) e (31), sendo que as porções (25) provocam o fechamento e as porções (21) e (15) das lâminas (14) alojam-se internamente no estojo (E) formado, para sua estruturação e apoio da lona e dos acessórios da piscina plástica.
