Abstract
"DISPOSIçãO CONSTRUTIVA INTRODUZIDA EM CONJUNTO FORMADO POR CONTA-GOTAS E CORPO DE TAMPA EMPREGADO EM GARRAFAS DE BEBIDAS EM GERAL". Sendo que o corpo de tampa (1) apresenta uma configuração essencialmente tubular, tendo internamente e de cima para baixo, uma nervura anelar de retenção superior (4), um par de nervuras anelares de retenção inferior (5); o conta-gotas (6) é formado pela montagem do gotejador (7) em conjunto com a válvula (8); o conta-gotas (6) entra em contato direto com a face interna da parede contornante (11) que forma a essência da peça tubular que define o corpo de tampa (1) ; o gotejador (7) conta com uma porção de diâmetro escalonado (12), que apresenta um diâmetro externo maior que o diâmetro interno apresentado pela nervura anelar de retenção superior (4), contra a qual a citada porção (12) fica encaixada; o gotejador (7) é firmemente montado contra o corpo de tampa (1) já que o referido gotejador (7) é apoiado em uma borda anelar contornante (13) incorporada na porção inferior da válvula (8), borda (13) essa que é por sua vez retida pela primeira nervura do par de nervuras anelares de retenção inferiores (5) ; acima da nervura anelar de retenção superior (4) é provido um curto trecho de borda livre (14)."CONSTRUCTIVE PROVISION INTRODUCED TOGETHER FORMED BY DROP ACCOUNT AND COVER BODY EMPLOYED IN BEVERAGE BOTTLES". The lid body (1) having an essentially tubular configuration having internally and top to bottom an upper retaining annular rib (4), a pair of lower retaining annular ribs (5); the dropper (6) is formed by mounting the dripper (7) together with the valve (8); the dropper (6) comes into direct contact with the inner face of the contour wall (11) which forms the essence of the tubular part defining the cap body (1); the dripper (7) has a stepped diameter portion (12) having an outside diameter larger than the inside diameter of the upper retaining annular rib (4) against which said portion (12) is engaged; the dripper (7) is firmly mounted against the lid body (1) since said dripper (7) is supported on a contouring annular rim (13) incorporated into the lower portion of the valve (8), edge (13) which it is in turn retained by the first rib of the pair of lower retaining annular ribs (5); above the upper retaining annular rib (4) a short free edge stretch (14) is provided.
