Possui abertura frontal transpassada, em forma de fronha, com as laterais fechadas (4 e 5) (Fig. 2) para facilitar a introdução de qualquer bolsa plástica existentes no mercado. Protege a pele do atrito da bolsa plástica de colostomia e urostomia, evitando reações alérgicas e secundárias principalmente as produzidas pela transpiração.
