Abstract

"DISPOSIçãO CONSTRUTIVA APLICADA EM SISTEMA DE DESLIZAMENTO POR RODIZIO". O presente modelo de utilidade refere-se a uma nova disposição construtiva introduzida em sistema de rodizio destinado a permitir o deslizamento de peças aramadas ou não em móveis residenciais, comerciais ou hospitalares, tais como gavetas, calceiros, porta-gravatas, porta-mantimentos, entre outros. O sistema proposto apresenta uma base (1) em forma de cantoneira, provida de orifícios (2) para sua fixação no interior do móvel através de parafusos (3); suporte (4) e calotas (5) que são introduzidas nas extremidades do suporte (4), rodízios (6) e (6<39>) fixados através de parafusos (7) no suporte (4) atuando como eixo dos mesmos, os rodízios (6) e (6<39>) apresentam nas suas extremidades um vinco (10) para encaixe e deslizamento do corpo guia (8); o corpo guia (8) é reforçado por hastes (9) em forma de um semi-anel; verticalmente o sistema sustenta-se por um rodízio (11) disposto horizontalmente em relação aos rodízios (6) e (6<39>) fixado sob o suporte (4), perpendicular ao plano do corpo guia (8); o corpo guia (8) caracteriza-se por apresentar forma semelhante a letra 'U', possuindo uma das extremidades aberta para possibilitar o acoplamento dos rodízios (6) e (6<39>), que após acoplado é fechado com a alça (12). Uma segunda opção do sistema proposto apresenta alternativamente o corpo guia (8) com as duas extremidades abertas, sendo composto por duas barras paralelas (14), unidas por hastes (9) em forma de semi-anéis para garantir o paralelismo. Em uma das extremidades, uma das barras paralelas apresenta um pequeno segmento (13) que serve de puxador para articulação do sistema. Nessa configuração do sistema as calotas (5) atuam como limitador de curso. O sistema permite ser instalado em qualquer posição no interior do móvel, com o objetivo de oferecer ao usuário liberdade para sua instalação."CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT APPLIED IN ROUND SLIDING SYSTEM". The present utility model refers to a new constructional arrangement introduced in a caster system designed to allow the sliding of wired or unmounted parts into residential, commercial or hospital furniture such as drawers, chests, ties holders, storage racks, among others. The proposed system presents a corner-shaped base (1), provided with holes (2) for its fixation inside the furniture through screws (3); brackets (4) and caps (5) which are inserted into the ends of the bracket (4), castors (6) and (6 <39>) fixed by screws (7) in the bracket (4) acting as their axis, castors (6) and (6 <39>) have at their ends a crease (10) for engaging and sliding the guide body (8); the guide body (8) is reinforced by rods (9) in the form of a half ring; vertically the system is supported by a caster (11) disposed horizontally with respect to the casters (6) and (6 <39>) fixed under the support (4), perpendicular to the plane of the guide body (8); the guide body (8) is similar in shape to the letter 'U', with one end open to enable the coupling of the casters (6) and (6 <39>), which after coupling is closed with the handle ( 12). A second option of the proposed system alternatively presents the guide body (8) with both ends open, consisting of two parallel bars (14), joined by semi-ring rods (9) to ensure parallelism. At one end, one of the parallel bars has a small segment (13) that serves as a pivoting handle for the system. In this system configuration the caps (5) act as a stroke limiter. The system allows to be installed in any position inside the furniture, in order to offer the user freedom to install it.
