"DISPOSIçãO INTRODUZIDA EM CAIXA PLáSTICA TRANSPARENTE PARA SAPATOS E/OU CONFECçõES". Trata-se o presente modelo de utilidade, de uma embalagem destinada ao acondicionamento de produtos, utilizado especialmente para a proteção durante o transporte e exposição nos pontos de vendas, visando melhorar sua utilização e desempenho em relação aos outros modelos usualmente encontrados no mercado. A embalagem, objeto do presente modelo de utilidade, é confeccionada em plástico, vez que tal matéria prima é facilmente reciclada, sendo essencialmente constituída, quanto à sua rigidez estrutural, por nervuras (1) e <39>mãos-francesas<39> (6), em formato cónico, possuindo facilidade de manuseio, vez que possui trilhos deslizantes (2), espaço para rotulagem (3), compreendendo uma caixa produzida em duas metades, tampa (4) e fundo (9), unidas por uma dobra lateral (5), em plástico transparente, com fechamento por encaixe tipo macho-fêmea (10). Suas paredes laterais formam mãos-francesas internas (6), com a finalidade de aumentar a resistência estrutural da peça, além de um trilho superior macho (7) e outro inferior fêmea (8), proporcionando o deslocamento de uma embalagem intercalada entre outras em um empilhamento de várias caixas superpostas, existentes numa prateleira de indústria ou ponto de venda."PROVISION INTRODUCED IN TRANSPARENT PLASTIC BOX FOR SHOES AND / OR CLOTHING".
