Abstract

"DISPOSIçãO EM KIT CHURRASQUEIRA DOBRáVEL E DESCARTáVEL". O presente modelo de utilidade refere-se a uma inovadora disposição construtiva introduzida em churrasqueira dobrável, executada em papelão, compondo um kit com todos os elementos para a preparação de churrasco e apresentando pequeno porte, facilmente transportável, que após uso pode ser descartável. A disposição compreende uma armação (1), tirantes metálicos (2), uma bandeja fechada (3) com o carvão no seu interior e uma grelha (4), que quando desmontado se acomoda no interior de uma caixa de papelão (5) de reduzidas dimensões e de formato paralelepipédico. A armação (1) é executada em papelão revestido internamente com filme metálico, cujas paredes são vincadas para facilitar as dobras e sendo as extremidades da parede da armação (1) unidas através de uma presilha metálica (11), que é enrolada em rasgos executados junto as bordas das paredes da armação (1). Os tirantes metálicos (2) possuem as extremidades dobradas (21) para encaixe em rasgos da armação (1), de modo cruzado para anteparo da bandeja (3). A bandeja (3) é executada em filme metálico. A grelha (4) apresenta uma cinta de papelão (41), também revestida internamente com filme metálico, onde são trespassadas hastes metálicas paralelas (42), sendo que o topo da armação (1) é envolvido pela cinta de papelão (41), se apoiando as hastes metálicas (42) no topo das paredes da armação (1). The present utility model refers to an innovative constructive arrangement introduced in a folding barbecue, made of cardboard, comprising a kit with all the elements for the preparation of barbecue and featuring small, easily transportable, which after use can be disposable. The arrangement comprises a frame (1), metal tie rods (2), a closed tray (3) with charcoal inside it and a grid (4), which when disassembled fits inside a cardboard box (5) of small dimensions and parallelepiped shape. The frame (1) is made of cardboard internally coated with metal film, the walls of which are creased to facilitate folding and the ends of the wall of the frame (1) are joined by a metal clip (11), which is wound in slots made along the edges of the frame walls (1). The metal tie rods (2) have the bent ends (21) for engaging slots in the frame (1), crosswise to guard the tray (3). Tray (3) is made of metallic film. The grid (4) has a cardboard belt (41), also internally coated with metallic film, where parallel metal rods (42) are pierced, with the top of the frame (1) being surrounded by the cardboard belt (41), supporting the metal rods (42) on top of the walls of the frame (1).
