A presente patente de Modelo de Utilidade refere-se a nova disposição introduzida aplicada em balizador para sinalização viária, particularmente ruas, estradas e avenidas. Tal proposta apresenta-se melhorada, já que possui um encaixe inédito entre seus dois montantes principais, seja a base e o sinalizador; conseguindo, desta forma, um ato inventivo, proporcionando melhorias ao estado da técnica e, alcançando um efeito técnico inesperado. Tal proposta é subsidiada por um balizador constituído por dois elementos principais, de ações inter-relacionadas. Sendo: uma base produzida a partir da reciclagem do lixo comum e borracha, agregando a mesma propriedade elástica. Possui, ainda, um sinalizador plástico com forma cónica que é introduzido na abertura de tal base, sendo solidários através do sistema inédito de encaixe dos ditos montantes, que acontece sobre pressão. Este fato agiliza e facilita o manuseio, bem como propicia a perfeita união e estabilidade do conjunto."PROVISION INTRODUCED IN BALIZER FOR ROAD SIGNALING".
