Abstract

"DISPOSIçãO CONSTRUTIVA APLICADA EM VáLVULA TERMOSTáTICA INTEGRADA à CARCAçA". Revelando um corpo cavado tubular (1) projetador de flange (2) com furos (3) para os parafusos de fixação e com abertura central (4) definindo a embocadura da câmara (5) modelada na cavidade, do corpo, onde tem dois ressaltos longitudinais opostos (6) dotados de uma fenda (7) próximo à embocadura da câmara e outra fenda (8) próximo ao bocal do corpo (1), tendo encaixadas nas fendas (8) as extremidades de uma chapa curvada (9) e nas fendas (7) tendo encaixadas as extremidades de outra chapa (11), e tendo um disco de chapa (12) incrustado no contorno da embocadura (4) da câmara (5), e tendo fixada na extremidade da válvula termostatica uma arruela (14) para apoio de disco (15) com furo onde se aloja e se movimenta o terminal da dita válvula termostática, estando esse disco (15) submetido à ação de uma mola cónica (16), e tendo na proximidade do topo da válvula termostática uma ranhura na qual está acoplado um anel (18) sob o qual fica presa uma chapa (19) que serve de apoio para uma mola cónica (20), e entre as chapas superior (9) e inferior (11) tem disposta uma mola helicoidal de pressão (21), e perifericamente à embocadura de câmara tem um sulco circular (22) destinado para alojar anel de vedação.
