Abstract

"APOIO DE DESLIZAMENTO PARA UM CILINDRO, EM PARTICULAR, PARA UM CILINDRO DE UM MOINHO PARA O PROCESSAMENTO DE CANA DE ACúCAR". A invenção refere-se a um apoio de deslizamento para um alinhamento (17), em particular, para um cilindro de um moinho para o processamento de cana-de-açúcar, com um eixo (8) que suporta o corpo do cilindro, que está apoiado em um casquilho de mancal (1) de uma liga de Zn e AL, sendo que o casquilho do mancal está disposto em uma carcaça do mancal (18), e entre a carcaça do mancal (18) e a extremidade do cilindro que fica respectivamente em frente existe uma fenda (5) atravessada pelo eixo (8), sendo que na fenda (5) está disposto em anel de deslizamento (6) unido fixamente com a carcaça do mancal (18), envolvendo o eixo (8) na área do casquilho do mancal (1) com intervalo, o qual penetra até diretamente antes da extremidade do cilindo, e fora do anel de deslizamento (6), de forma concêntrica a esse anel, está disposto um anel de carcaça (4) apoiado no anel de deslizamento (6) vedado e ligado fixamente com o cilindro (8), sendo que o espaço (R~ 1~) entre o anel de deslizamento (6) e o eixo (1) está preenchido com um lubrificante de alta viscosidade e grande estabilidade mecânica e química.
