Obtido pelo corte de uma película de material plástico virgem, através de matriz montada numa prensa hidráulica ou pneumática, que promove o corte simultâneo de grande quantidade de peças com feitio de avental (1), de modelo simples, ou com pala ou outros e medidas variadas de acordo com o usuário e o uso destinado, consistindo a pala (2) de uma extensão que pode ser dobrada para trás quando em uso, e durante a operação de corte são realizados dois talhos (3) que definem nas beiradas duas tiras de amarração (4) que ficam presas por um diminuto ponto de ligação (5) na extremidade, fácil de ser rompido, sendo providos ainda de uma abertura (6) de qualquer formato e que determina o local para o usuário passar a cabeça de modo que o avental fique pendente no pescoço, havendo ainda no modelo de avental com pala, dois furos passantes (7) para passagem das tiras de amarração.
