Abstract
"DISPOSIçãO INTRODUZIDA EM GRAMPO DE FIXAçãO PARA TRILHO FERROVIáRIO". Constituída de um grampo metálico (1) obtido e fabricado com material adequado à sua função e esforço mecânico; configura-se, originariamente, através da dobradura de um segmento ou barra redonda de aço (2) que, após uma série de curvaturas e dobras, adquire o formato ovalado com segmentos paralelos e interligados; dita construção mecânica se difere das demais, inicialmente, pela utilização de um segmento de uma barra de aço de seção circular (2); a barra de aço de seção circular (2) permite que seja utilizado o sistema de dobragem para se obter o formato adequado enquanto que o aço de seção quadrada necessita de um sistema de prensagem para adquirir a forma necessária; além disso, os chanfros laterais inferiores (3), posicionados e executados de modo cuidadosamente estudado e calculado, oferecem a função de cunha sem que seja necessário recurvar o elemento de ligação inferior; da mesma forma a elevação central do elemento de ligação dos modelos tradicionais que é obtido pela angulação ou dobradura do aço de seção retangular é simplesmente eliminada uma vez que o aço de seção circular do elemento de ligação (4) já possui a altura adequada para se ajustar perfeitamente ao vão da base intermediária; ainda, para favorecer um perfeito assentamento sobre a porção inferior do trilho e na base intermediária, as extremidades frontais (5) e centrais (6) do grampo (1) ora proposto são chanfradas na parte posterior proporcionando um nivelamento uniforme e sem folgas."PROVISION INTRODUCED IN A FIXING CLAMP FOR RAILWAY RAIL".
