"DISPOSIçãO CONSTRUTIVA INTRODUZIDA EM EMBALAGEM". Sendo que a presente embalagem é caracterizada pelo fato de ser formada a partir de uma lâmina única (1), produzida em cartão ou outro material que se mostre adequado; a lâmina (1) é cortada, vincada e posteriormente dobrada de modo a definir o formato tridimensional da presente embalagem, dita lâmina (1) é definida por duas grandes paredes, sendo uma anterior (2) e posterior (3), ambas com contorno essencialmente poligonal; as faces anterior (2) e posterior (3) apresentam, respectivamente arestas (2a) e (3a); a face anterior (2) é ligada por meio de vincos a uma aba retangular (4); a mesma face anterior (2) apresenta ainda duas abas triangulares (9), sendo que uma delas se alterna com a aba retangular (4), ditas abas triangulares (9) ligando-se a outra aba retangular (10) que definem, em conjunto com as abas (4a) e (10a), as paredes verticais da embalagem quando montada; a face posterior (3) é ligada à face anterior (2) tanto através de uma das abas retangulares (4) e (4a), como também através das abas (10) e (10a) em comum, as quais são ligadas às abas triangulares (9) e (11)."CONSTRUCTIVE PROVISION INTRODUCED IN PACKAGING".
