O Tubo Lacre (4), obtido preferencialmente em PVC, possui diâmetro ligeiramente superior ao orifíco (2) da Capa (1), com altura superior ao gargalo do garrafão. A Capa (1) passa pelo gargalo e veste o garrafão, e o Tubo Lacre (4) veste a tampa e o gargalo do garrafão.
