Abstract

"DISPOSIçãO CONSTRUTIVA INTRODUZIDA EM EMBALAGEM DE PAPELãO". Idealizada a fim de proporcionar uma fácil montagem e uma grande economia de material, caracterizada por ser constituída por uma única lâmina de papelão(1) de formato aproximadamente retangular, cuja extensão central longitudinal compõe o acabamento interno(2), a parte frontal(3), a parte inferior(4), parte posterior(5) e parte superior(6) da embalagem, que encontram-se dispostas desta forma em uma seq³ência longitudinal, separadas por picotes, vincos e dobras(7), sendo que desta seq³ência projetam-se lateralmente abas(8), cada qual separada por vinco e dobra(9) em toda sua extensão, a qual, através de cortes(10), picotes, vincos e dobras(11), específicos e cuidadosamente estudados, conformam-se os reforços(12) da estrutura da caixa(C) para a montagem, sendo: o reforço(12 a) que acomoda-se entre o acabamento interno(2) e a parte frontal(3), o reforço(12 b) que ao sobrepor e envolver a lateral(13), faz com que o reforço(12 c) acomode-se junto a face intera da parte posterior(5), e engata a sua projeção trapezoidal(19) ao recorte em "U"(20); as laterais(13) e abas de fechamento(14) dotadas dente frontal(15), que ao serem encaixadas na parte interna da caixa, promove o engate do dente frontal(15) ao recorte(16) lateral do acabamento interno(2), o qual também dispõe de projeções trapezoidais(17) que engatam-se aos recortes em "U"(18) junto ao picote, vinco e dobra(7) existente entre a parte frontal(3) e a parte inferior(4) da caixa(C), e a parte superior(6) que seria a tampa da caixa(C), dispõe também de um recorte em "U"(21), cuja intenção é possibilitar a introdução de um dedo para pega e abertura da mesma, além de conformar também um abertura que serve de respiro no caso desta acondicionar de alimentos quentes."CONSTRUCTIVE PROVISION INTRODUCED IN PAPER PACKAGING".
