Consiste essencialmente de um ancoradouro (1), preferencialmente em fibra de vidro, possuindo um piso antiderrapante (2). O ancoradouro (1) está apoiado sobre módulos flutuantes (3), confeccionados em fibra de vidro moldado em uma peça única. Os módulos flutuantes em questão, são fechados na parte superior por tampas em fibra antiderrapante (5).
