Abstract

Consistindo de um tubo (1) com furo superior onde está acoplado um tubo (2) para entrada/saída de ar e tendo na parte inferior uma conexão (4) para ligação na tubulação da concessionária, tendo prolongamento tubular (5) dotado com janelas (7) para entrada de água e entrada/saída de ar e vários orifícios (8) na parte inferior para entrada e saída de água e vários orifícios (9) na parte superior para saída de ar, dito prolongamento (5) ficando embutido no tubo (1) e tendo alojado no seu interior um êmbolo (10) em cujo topo tem fixada uma mola espiral (11) que sustenta um obturador (12) guarnecido com elemento de vedação (13), dito êmbolo podendo ser substituído por uma bóia ou até mesmo por uma esfera, e lateralmente ao tubo (1) tem um tubo exclusivo (15) para saída da água em direção à rede de distribuição e que é ligado à tubulação de abastecimento antes do hidrómetro, podendo ter instalada neste tubo exclusivo (15) uma válvula de retenção (16) com mola espiral de pressão (20) ajustada para 2 mca (metros coluna de água) até 6 mca, ou seja, um valor cuja resistência só é vencida com essa pressão."DEVICE ADAPTABLE TO THE WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM TO PREVENT THE PASSAGE OF AIR THROUGH THE HYDRO METER IN THE EVENTUAL LACK OF WATER".
