"DISPOSITIVO DE SEGURANçA EM IMPLANTODONTIA O presente protótipo, objeto do Pedido de Patente de Modelo de Utilidade, refere-se a uma inovação no design dos implantes, que consiste na substituição dos atuais modelos existentes no mercado, que apresentam uma forma sextavada ou circular em sua cabeça de implante, por uma forma rosqueável (1) em sua cabeça de implante, acoplada a um dispositivo de segurança (2) que é complementado pelo parafuso de fixação (3). O benefício introduzido por esse novo design na cabeça de implante e suas partes complementares trarão grandes benefícios aos pacientes edentados, bem como, a aplicação de técnicas conjugadas em implantodontia."SAFETY DEVICE IN IMPLANTOLOGY The present prototype, object of the Utility Model Patent Application, refers to an innovation in the design of the implants, which consists of replacing the current models existing on the market, which have a hexagonal or circular shape in its implant head, by a threadable shape (1) on its implant head, coupled to a safety device (2) which is complemented by the fixing screw (3). The benefit introduced by this new design in the implant head and its complementary parts will bring great benefits to edentulous patients, as well as, the application of combined techniques in implant dentistry.
