Abstract

<B>"ENSACADEIRA DE CARNES"<D> A presente patente refere-se a um modelo de ensacadeira para utilização na embalagem de pequenos animais em abatedouros e frigoríficos, tais como: frangos, aves em geral, coelhos e outros. O modelo desenvolvido apresenta como vantagens principais: uma forma construtiva que permite que o trabalho seja executado pór apenas um operador, aplicando-se sacos especiais com abas picotadas para maior agilidade do processo e tendo a preparação do embalagem auxiliada pór um mecanismo de funil (5) com abas laterais (12) oscilantes, com abertura regulável (15). Possui uma forma de fixação sobre a mesa de trabalho através de dobradiça (7) que permite o basculamento da máquina para sua completa higienização. Estas características determinam ao equipamento uma forma construtiva mais simples e económica em relação aos sistemas com insuflamento pneumático, não tendo o inconveniente do excesso de ar gerado dentro da embalagem nestes casos, e sendo mais versátil e eficiente em comparação com os equipamentos mecânicos que utilizam sacos comuns.<B> "ENSACADEIRA DE CARNES" <D> This patent refers to a model of bagger for use in the packaging of small animals in slaughterhouses and refrigerators, such as: chickens, birds in general, rabbits and others. The developed model has as main advantages: a constructive form that allows the work to be performed by only one operator, applying special bags with perforated flaps for greater agility of the process and having the preparation of the packaging aided by a funnel mechanism (5 ) with oscillating side flaps (12), with adjustable opening (15). It has a way of fixing on the work table through a hinge (7) that allows the machine to be tilted for complete cleaning. These characteristics determine the equipment a simpler and more economical constructive form in relation to the systems with pneumatic insufflation, not having the inconvenience of the excess of air generated inside the packaging in these cases, and being more versatile and efficient in comparison with the mechanical equipment that use bags common.
