Trata-se de um método de formação de um painel. o método inclui a formação de uma pelicula flexível (22); o acoplamento de um material compressível (24) à película (22); o posicionamento da película (22) e do material compressível (24) em um molde; e a formação de um substrato rígido (20) em torno da película (22) e o material compressível (24) proporcionando uma primeira região macia (12) em que o material compressível (24) é disposto entre a película (22) e o substrato (20), de tal modo que uma primeira região (12) é definida pelo material compressível (24).
