Abstract

"APARELHO E MéTODO PARA REMOVER UM ARTIGO MOLDADO DE UM MOLDE". Trata-se de um aparelho de moldagem por injeção para ejetar um artigo de plástico moldado a partir de um molde. Um anel do gargalo é proporcionado com uma parte de erguimento que é configurada para entrar em contato com pelo menos uma metade de uma extremidade do artigo de plástico moldado ao longo de uma linha substancialmente perpendicular em relação à direção de erguimento. Desde que o artigo de plástico moldado é erguido por sua extremidade, o artigo não tem que estar solidificado em seu interior, assim permitindo a remoção antecipada do artigo a partir do molde, reduzindo o tempo do ciclo. Uma superfície afunilada forma um ângulo agudo com respeito à parte de erguimento para formar uma vedação firme com o molde, impedindo o vazamento. De preferência, o anel do gargalo se engata somente com uma parte circunferencial externa do artigo de plástico moldado durante a maior parte de um curso de abertura do molde.
