Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO PARA FORMAçãO A SECO DE UMA FAIXA DE FIBRAS COM UMA CAIXA DE SUCçãO INOVADORA, E PROCESSO ASSOCIADO". A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo que compreende uma cabeça de distribuição de fibras (3), um fio de formação (9) móvel abaixo da dita cabeça em uma direção de alimentação (fg), e uma caixa de sucção (7) localizada no lado oposto do fio de formação (9) à cabeça (3) e conectada a um sistema de sucção. A caixa de sucção (7) é dividida transversalmente com relação à direção de alimentação do fio de formação (9) em pelo menos duas seções longitudinais, se estendendo na direção de alimentação do fio de formação. Além disso, membros de controle (29) são considerados para controlarem a sucção em cada uma das seções longitudinais em uma maneira independente com relação às outras seções longitudinais.
