Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO PARA TROCAR UMA BOBINA DE ALIMENTAçãO, PARA ALIMENTAR UM FILME DE COBERTURA, PARA POSICIONAR E CORTAR UM SEGMENTO DE FILME E MéTODO PERTINENTE". Apresenta o dispositivo e método para trocar uma bobina de alimentação (15) para alimentar um filme (11) e para posicionar e cortar um segmento de filme (11), compreende um plano de trabalho (12), dispositivo posicionador (13), tendo seus próprios dispositivos de retenção (22), dispositivo cortante (14), tendo seus próprios dispositivos de retenção (26) e um dispositivo desenrolador (18) associados com a bobina de alimentação (15). O dispositivo desenrolador (18) inclui dispositivos guias (31, 32, 33; 34, 35, 36) capazes de manter a ponta do filme (11) conduzida durante sua inserção no dispositivo de retenção (22, 26) do dispositivo posicionador (13) e dispositivo cortante (14), dispositivo de retenção (29) capaz de ser seletivamente ativado durante o ciclo de troca da bobina, e dispositivo de esticamento (30) capaz de manter o segmento do filme (11) em tensão entre a bobina de alimentação (15) e os dispositivos de retenção (22, 26) e que permite a recuperação do segmento do filme (11) durante o ciclo de troca de bobina sem a necessidade de rebobinar a bobina de alimentação (15).
