Abstract
"INSTRUMENTO DE ESCREVER, PARTICULARMENTE UMA CANETA ESFEROGRáFICA". A presente invenção refere-se a um instrumento de escrever (1), particularmente uma caneta esferográfica, que compreende um alojamento semelhante a luva (2), um reservatório (3) que se estende axialmente no referido alojamento (2), um botão de pressão (6) posicionado na parte traseira do alojamento (2) e montado no alojamento (2) para poder ser deslocado manualmente de modo a ser fixado para não girar com o reservatório (3) entre uma posição de parada traseira e uma posição de escrever dianteira, e impelido na sua posição de parada pela força de uma mola, um dispositivo de travamento (19) para travar o botão de pressão (6) na sua posição de escrever com um rebaixo de trava (21) no alojamento (2) e uma protuberância de trava (23) colocada na extremidade livre de um braço de mola (24) dobrável elasticamente no sentido transversal, que se estende a partir do botão de pressão (6), um dispositivo de deslocamento (35) para soltar o dispositivo de travamento (19) e reconduzir a protuberância de trava (23) para a sua posição de parada, e uma peça de suporte (17b) disposta no botão de pressão (6) e que compreende uma superfície de suporte (17b) que impede a protuberância de trava (23), por meio de um batente, de se mover lateralmente para dentro do rebaixo de trava (21) ao se mover de volta a partir de uma posição deslocada para a frente além da posição de travamento.
