Abstract

"PROCESSO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de redução de desgaste em uma cabeça de corte de uma máquina de perfuração de túnel, por meio da adição à cabeça de corte de uma composição líquida aquosa espumada, que compreende um agente espumante e um lubrificante, o lubrificante sendo selecionado do grupo consistindo em óxidos de polietileno de alto peso molecular e bentonita. Os agentes espumantes preferidos são os tensoativos aniónicos e não-iónicos. As taxas de desgaste dos elementos de corte das TBMs perfurando em rocha dura são reduzidas consideravelmente. Um concentrado espumante redutor de desgaste também é descrito.
