Abstract

"SISTEMA E MéTODO PARA ATRIBUIçãO DE TAXA". Trata-se de um método e aparelho para determinar a taxa de dados de uma comunicação de link reverso. Uma concretização inclui transmitir em uma taxa nula no canal de comunicação somente quando a estação não estiver transmitindo voz, sinalização ou dados. Uma concretização inclui determinar uma taxa solicitada máxima com base na potência de transmissão-piloto média normalizada e no valor de referência-piloto, e determinar a temporização da solicitação de taxa. Uma concretização envolve determinar uma taxa de transmissão máxima. Uma concretização envolve determinar potência suficiente e um ponto de ajuste de controle de potência.
