Abstract
"CARDIOMIóCITOS FUNCIONAIS ORIGINADOS DE CéLULAS-TRONCO EMBRIONáRIAS HUMANAS". Células-tronco embrionárias humanas formam corpos embrióides em cultura que contêm células humanas diferenciadas. Algumas das células humanas em corpos embrióides se diferenciam em cardiomiócitos. Aqui, as características biológicas e elétricas desses cardiomiócitos são descritas com referência ao uso de cardiomiócitos derivados de células-tronco embrionárias humanas em protocolos de classificação de medicamentos para mecanismos de toxicidade cardíaca.
