Abstract

"APARELHO E MéTODO PARA PREPARAR UMA BEBIDA APROPRIADA PARA CONSUMO COM UMA CAMADA DE ESPUMA DE BOLHA FINA, CONJUNTO, E, UNIDADE DE UM PORTADOR PARA RECEBER UM BLOCO DE CAFé E UM CONJUNTO". Um aparelho para preparar uma bebida apropriada para consumo com uma camada de espuma de bolha fina, tal como café ou leite com uma camada de espuma de bolha fina, suprido com uma unidade de bebida (2) para dispensar sob pressão uma bebida a ser processada, pelo menos um bico (8), que está em comunicação fluida com a unidade de bebida para alimentar a bebida ao bico para gerar um jato da bebida por meio do bico, e uma unidade de coleta (10), na qual o jato jorra para obter a bebida com a camada de espuma de bolha fina. A unidade de coleta é então suprida com uma câmara tubular (14) com pelo menos uma extremidade aberta (16, 18) para dispensar a bebida com a camada de espuma de bolha fina, o bico e a unidade de coleta estando em comunicação fluida entre si, tal que o jato jorre contra uma parede interna (24) da câmara tubular para bater, na câmara tubular, ar na bebida para obter a bebida com a camada de espuma de bolha fina, que, em uso, deixa a câmara tubular por pelo menos uma extremidade aberta.
