Abstract
"RETRANSMISSãO POR RLP PARA SISTEMAS DE COMUNICAçãO CDMA". Técnicas para retransmissão de dados através de RLP em um sistema CDMA (por exemplo, cdma2000) com um primeiro mecanismo de retransmissão provido pelo RLP e um segundo mecanismo de retransmissão provido por um HARQ-CF. Em um método, quadros de RLP extraviados são primeiramente detectados (por exemplo, por um RLP de receptor) . Um temporizador dinâmico é então mantido (por exemplo, por um HARQ-CF de receptor) para cada quadro RLP detectado como estando extraviado. Os temporizadores dinâmicos são acionados por evento e possuem durações de tempo variáveis. Cada temporizador dinâmico é atualizado com base em eventos conhecidos pelo HARQ-CF de receptor. Timers fixos, com durações de tempo fixas, podem também ser mantidos (por exemplo, pelo RLP do receptor) para os quadros RLP extraviados. Se um quadro RLP extraviado está ou não perdido é determinado com base no temporizador dinâmico e no temporizador fixo (caso algum exista) mantido para o quadro RLP.
