Abstract

"UNIDADE/CONJUNTO DE DESARME MAGNéTICO AJUSTáVEL PARA DISJUNTOR". Uma unidade de desarme magnético ajustável (1) para um disjuntor inclui uma mola de torsão (33) a qual aplica uma força de pressionamento ao êmbolo (15) de um solenóide de desarme (7). A mola de torsão (33) é montada em uma engrenagem cónica acionada (47) e enrolada por um botão de ajuste (39) acoplado a uma engrenagem cónica motriz (51) para ajustar a corrente na qual o solenóide (7) é ativado. Um indexador (37) tendo chatos periféricos (61) que contatam um assento (55) no alojamento de disjuntor (3) provê uma pluralidade de posições discretas do botão de ajuste (39). Apertar o botão de ajuste (39) contra uma segunda mola (59) desassenta o indexador (37) para rotação do botão de ajuste entre ajustes. Em adição, uma lâmina (71) com uma superfície inclinada (85) se apoia contra o êmbolo (15) e acoplada à engrenagem cónica acionada (47), provê ajuste simultâneo da folga de êmbolo (67) com ajuste da força da mola de torsão para aumentar a faixa de ajuste.
