Abstract

"TECIDO DE PRENSA MULTIAXIAL LAMINADO". Um tecido de prensa multiaxial laminado costurável em máquina tem um primeiro tecido de base e um segundo tecido de base laminados um ao outro por um bloco de material de fibra solta perfurado com agulha. O primeiro tecido de base (22) é um tecido multiaxial produzido pelo enrolamento em espiral de uma tira de tecido (16), pelo aplainamento do laço sem fim produzido pelo enrolamento em espiral, e pela remoção dos fios no sentido transversal (28) nas extremidades do laço sem fim aplainado, para a formação de laços de costura (56). O segundo tecido de base (60) é um tecido de base costurável em máquina, o qual também pode ser multiaxial. O tecido de prensa é unido em forma sem fim pela interdigitação dos laços de costura (56, 66) nas duas extremidades de ambos os tecidos de base (22, 60) uns com os outros, para a formação de uma passagem única através da qual um pivó (68) é passado para a junção do tecido de prensa em forma sem fim. Alternativamente, os laços de costura (56, 66) nas duas extremidades de cada tecido de base são interdigitados um com o outro para a formação de duas passagens através das quais dois pivós (52, 68) são passados para a junção do tecido de prensa em uma forma sem fim, cada passagem sendo no lado oposto da outra em relação ao seu respectivo tecido de base (22, 60).
