Abstract

"PROCESSO DE OBTENçãO DE UMA PEçA FEITA DE MATéRIA PLáSTICA MOLDADA POR COMPRESSãO E QUE APRESENTA UM GARGALO MUNIDO DE UM ORIFìCIO DE DISTRIBUIçãO". A invenção refere-se a um processo de fabricação por moldagem por compressão de peças (1) feitas de matéria plástica que apresentam um gargalo (3) munido de um orifício que compreende uma primeira etapa de realização de um esboço (20) e uma segunda etapa de compressão do dito esboço. A peça é moldada com um gargalo (3) munido de uma parede de topo (4) que compreende uma zona adelgaçada com um entalhe (5) do qual o contorno delimita o orifício e duas zonas próprias para resistir ao esforço mecânico (F) necessário para romper a parede de topo (4) ao nível do entalhe (5), uma dentre elas (7) sendo destinada a transmitir o dito esforço mecânico e a outra (8) a servir de apoio. O entalhe (5) tem uma seção orientada em uma direção pouco inclinada em relação ao eixo do gargalo. Depois de moldagem, aplica-se o esforço mecânico (F) em uma parte da parede de topo (91) distinta da zona adelgaçada (6) para que essa última se rasgue ao nível do entalhe (5). Obtém-se assim o orifício de distribuição.
