Abstract

"PORTA-FERRAMENTA CAPAZ DE SER SINTONIZADO, USADO PARA OPERAçõES DE USINAGEM DE METAL". Expõe-se um porta-ferramenta capaz de ser sintonizado (10) um absorvedor de vibrações dinâmicas, em que uma massa absorvedora (30) é comprimida entre dois suportes resilientes (40 e 45) utilizando pelo menos uma placa de pressão capaz de ser deslocada longitudinalmente (50 ou 55) para sintonizar dinamicamente o porta-ferramenta. A placa de pressão (50 ou 55) é deslocada por um parafuso de ajustagem (75) que se estende através da face frontal da cabeça de porta-ferramenta (60) montado de forma capaz de ser movido em uma extremidade do porta-ferramenta (10).
